Legjenda Shabani is a Project Manager at Kiwi, assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. She also develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, while monitoring changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. At Kiwi she performs risk management to minimize project risks, as well as meeting with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project. Using the scrum methodology to take the project from start to finish, she takes part on defining the back-log, planning the sprints, estimation, and checking out the burn-down charts.
Currently, Legjenda is partnering with Learn to Start as the project manager for the Learn to Start e-learning platform.
