Jay Madara is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the PGA TOUR assuming the role in July 2022 and is responsible for the oversight of Long-Range Planning, Financial Planning, Capital Planning, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee & Player Benefits & Compliance, and New Ventures.

Previously, Jay served as Chief Financial Officer, NBCUniversal Operations & Technology overseeing all financial operations and processes including long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting. Jay was also CFO at NBC GOLF for eight  years, where he was responsible for the financial leadership of Golf Channel, GolfNow, and related golf businesses. Jay also previously held roles at Comcast in Philadelphia as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis as well as Vice President, Finance for Comcast Spotlight, the  advertising sales business unit of Comcast.

Jay currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, FL and previously served on the Central Florida Expressway Authority Governing Board, as originally appointed by former Florida Governor Rick Scott and re-appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

A certified public accountant by trade, Jay began his professional career with Ernst & Young in Philadelphia and earned a bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Accounting and Finance, where he graduated magna cum laude and played for the school’s baseball team.
