As Managing Principal of SRS Real Estate Partners and Co-Market Leader for the Orlando and Tampa offices, Cindy represents regional and national retail tenants in all aspects of site selection, strategic planning, and retail development. She is also responsible for business development, office and operational oversight, talent recruitment and client retention/needs management in the State of Florida.

Cindy joined SRS in 2016 with more than 15 years of real estate experience in both the office and retail industries. Cindy has an extensive record of achievement in providing comprehensive commercial real estate solutions with a specialty in multi-market, multi-unit expansion plans. Previously, she worked with Cushman Wakefield as the director of retail and office brokerage services.

She is passionate about retail and restaurant site selection and has worked with many notable clients including:

In 2008, Cindy founded Cynco Properties, a full-service commercial brokerage organization. During her tenure as managing partner, she successfully completed more than 250,000 square feet of office/retail space projects including relocations of local and national corporations. She was also responsible for a 200,000-square-foot mixed-use project requiring repositioning of the current tenant mix, locating new tenants and securing market exposure for the property. Prior to her time in the real estate industry, Cindy spent 10 years in the healthcare industry serving in a variety of roles including project development, corporate training, operations management and community relations.

Ms. Schooler is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and CCIM designee. Cindy is a board member and President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Orlando, ICSC member and a board member of the Central Florida Women’s League.
